your role

  

you act as a true partner of the founders of the company and hold full responsibility for the development of sales strategies aiming at acquiring new clients across central Europe.

working closely and in total trust with the founders, you have a decisive impact on the overall development and further success of the company.

you work with high level of autonomy including in the development and management of your own team.

 

you actively participate in the prospection of new clients (using LinkedIn, emailing, cold-calling).

 

you qualify prospects to determine whether or not they’re a great fit for our company.

you understand the challenges and ambitions of prospects before offering the perfect creative solution.

 

you carefully analyse requests for quotation and prepare quotations for our various activities.

you report directly to the Head of Sales.

you coordinate your efforts with the creative department to ensure the smooth running of the undertaken projects.

 


your profile

you have proven track record of minimum 4 years in sales and/or business development (preferably in the creative/communication/service industry).

 

you are comfortable with setting ambitious goals before crushing them.

you are comfortable with actively prospecting and meeting new prospects.


you are committed, tenacious and resilient.

you work with an entrepreneurial mind-set, with high level of audacity and drive and ambition.


you have excellent written and oral communication skills and are fluent in English. French or Dutch, will be an asset.

you are open to operate partially remotely with a great level of autonomy.
